My Biz for Women
By Julie Gerstein

Perhaps in response to the growing trend of women-owned firms, the Small Business Association recently launched a new portal for female small business entrepreneurs and owners. My Biz for Women offers advice on starting and growing a business and raising capital.

The site also attempts to provide unique content for female entrepreneurs, including columns, women-specific research and data, and listings of local and national workshops and networking events.

Interested entrepreneurs can go directly to the site or subscribe to its newsletter, A Woman’s Perspective, which deals with specific challenges female entrepreneurs face.
