Before you start your business, you may find it helpful to read a business planning book. Here are some I recommend.
The Dummies book are not for dummies anymore - the series is very consistent, and the books always have notable authors. This one is written by Wharton School of Business management professor Paul Tiffany:
Business Plans for Dummies
This one is written by Wharton School of Business entrepreneurial management professor, Eric Siegel.
