Postal Service Makes an Impact

The United States Postal Service now offers a publication specifically geared toward small business owners. In an effort to ensure that small businesses use the USPS, it launched Small Business Impact. Available in both print and e-newsletter formats, Impact offers small business case studies peppered liberally with tips on how to make the most of the USPS’ services.
Impact provides information on shipping options for small businesses. It also offers tips on tracking your packages and how to best use the USPS’ services.
The USPS will publish hard copy editions quarterly and eight electronic editions annually. The first issue focuses on hiring, training employees, and connecting with customers, as well as detailed information on shipping options and postal tips.
