Modernizing and updating your website will enable you to:
- Easily maintain and update your website without incurring additional fees
- Attract renters or buyers directly to your website and reduce your dependence on third party advertising solutions (e.g. newspaper advertising, apartment and new home guides)
- Provide additional services to your current residents (online maintenance requests, special event notification)
- More attractively showcase your properties online
We will propose a website program that will clearly and effectively present your properties, while minimizing costs. We will utilize technology that allows you to maintain your own website. Additionally, we build websites to be search engine friendly and this service is included in our quote. Finally, we will provide you with a CD with all of the files related to your website as well as all of the information you need to access the online version of your website.
When you are ready to proceed, we will send you an engagement agreement. The specific deliverables, detailed on the following pages, and can be implemented within 6-8 weeks following receipt of your signed agreement, barring the need for more than 2 website design revisions. Each additional design revisions will add a week to the project. We will bill you net 30 after the completion of the project.
